Service Description

In person, online, or over the phone one-on-one consultation regarding your current wellness concerns. This consultation includes a plan of action, what I like to call step 1 into your wellness journey. Step 1 may include a combination of all of my services along with my knowledge, combined in an effort to work closely with you to achieve your optimal wellness. Wellness consultations can be on a first come first serve basis or paid ahead of time to book an appointment that is a mutually beneficial time to begin your wellness action plan. Message me questions you may have regarding your current wellness concerns and we will set up a time and plan of action to move forward together. ALL BOOKINGS REQUIRE A 50% DEPOSIT via e-payment, reach out for additional information!
